Operator
Auren is the trading name used by Ron Ülo Hakman, operating personally in Estonia. Contact: team.aurenai@gmail.com. Proposed correspondence address: Endla vkt 8, Laulasmaa, Harjumaa, Estonia. No OÜ or FIE registration has been supplied. An entrepreneur-account route is being checked, not asserted as approved. VAT status, registration obligations and the correspondence address remain subject to confirmation. No unverified VAT number or postal code is published.
Business customers and availability
Auren is for businesses and professionals purchasing for business use, not consumers. International availability is intended wherever legally and technically supported; it is not a promise of availability in every country. Business identity, establishment location, applicable tax treatment, sanctions and provider restrictions must be checked. Do not purchase for a prohibited person, entity, territory or use, or misrepresent location/business status to evade restrictions. A tax ID entry alone does not prove eligibility or a tax exemption.
Price
Auren Essentials is €39 per month, €0 setup. €39 is the final amount Auren charges, inclusive of taxes Auren is legally required to collect; no additional tax is added at checkout. This does not eliminate a business customer's own statutory reverse-charge or other tax obligations. Those cannot be waived by this price statement. Operator registration and country-specific tax handling must be verified before sales open.
Subscription and cancellation
The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel through the Stripe portal from your account or contact support if the portal is unavailable. Ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. No automatic prorated refund is offered outside the activation remedy or where legally required. Failed renewals pause preparing replies.
Replies for manual review and allowance
Auren prepares prepared Gmail replies from business facts you explicitly approve. You review and send every reply yourself. AI may make mistakes; verify facts, prices, tone and availability. Automatic sending, confirmed appointments and unrelated Coming Soon features are not included. The provisional allowance is 500 AI replies per paid billing period, shared across the account. Preparing replies pauses at the limit; no automatic overage charges apply.
Activation within 24 hours
Payment verification reserves your paid account. Sign in with the Google email used at checkout, confirm your business information and authorize Gmail. Your assistant with manual review must be operational within a maximum of 24 hours after both payment and required onboarding are complete. The dashboard records the deadline. A paid account is not a claim that preparing replies is already operational. We notify you when it is ready.
Missed-activation refund
If we miss that activation deadline, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your first €39 charge. Request it in the dashboard or email team.aurenai@gmail.com. Late activation does not remove this remedy. Preparing replies stops when the request is recorded. An operator verifies the original payment, cancels the subscription and refunds through Stripe. We confirm completion only after Stripe reports successful cancellation/refund; bank posting times vary. This remedy is an exception to ordinary no-proration terms. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate business/billing information and a lawful basis for processing mailbox correspondence. Protect your Google account, review business changes before approving them and do not use Auren for spam, fraud or unlawful discrimination. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information as business instructions.
Data-processing agreement
A business customer controls the purposes of its customer-email processing. Auren processes that correspondence on documented instructions. A binding data-processing agreement and its security/subprocessor schedules must be agreed before real mailbox processing. The privacy notice describes account and service data. No unsupported claim of EU-only processing or zero vendor retention is made.
Changes, service problems and applicable law
Contact support about faults or disputes. Material price, allowance or contract changes require advance notice and a cancellation opportunity before a changed renewal; these terms do not authorize silent changes to an already paid period. Estonian law applies subject to mandatory rules that cannot be excluded. No blanket liability waiver or waiver of mandatory rights is imposed by these terms.
Service availability
Live sales remain disabled pending operator/business-route verification, country-specific tax and restrictions review, final data-protection arrangements and launch approval. The trading name shown by a payment processor is not proof of a registered entity or of a merchant-of-record arrangement.
