Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

Business use
Auren is for businesses and professionals purchasing for business use, not consumers. International availability is intended wherever legally and technically supported; it is not a promise of availability in every country. Business identity, establishment location, applicable tax treatment, sanctions and provider restrictions must be checked. Do not purchase for a prohibited person, entity, territory or use, or misrepresent location/business status to evade restrictions. A tax ID entry alone does not prove eligibility or a tax exemption.
Price and taxes
Auren Essentials is €39 per month, €0 setup. €39 is the final amount Auren charges, inclusive of taxes Auren is legally required to collect; no additional tax is added at checkout. This does not eliminate a business customer's own statutory reverse-charge or other tax obligations. Those cannot be waived by this price statement. Operator registration and country-specific tax handling must be verified before sales open.
Renewal and allowance
The subscription renews monthly until cancelled. The provisional allowance is 500 prepared replies per paid billing period per account. Preparing replies pauses at the limit without automatic overage billing. You review and send prepared Gmail replies yourself. Failed or unpaid renewal stops further preparing replies.
Cancellation
Cancel in your account’s Stripe portal, or contact support if unavailable. Ordinary cancellation is effective at the end of the current paid period and prevents the next renewal. There is no automatic prorated refund except the missed-activation remedy or applicable law. We do not claim a cancellation or refund is complete before verification.
Activation
Payment verification reserves your paid account. Sign in with the Google email used at checkout, confirm your business information and authorize Gmail. Your assistant with manual review must be operational within a maximum of 24 hours after both payment and required onboarding are complete. The dashboard records the deadline. A paid account is not a claim that preparing replies is already operational. We notify you when it is ready.
24-hour refund remedy
If we miss that activation deadline, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your first €39 charge. Request it in the dashboard or email team.aurenai@gmail.com. Late activation does not remove this remedy. Preparing replies stops when the request is recorded. An operator verifies the original payment, cancels the subscription and refunds through Stripe. We confirm completion only after Stripe reports successful cancellation/refund; bank posting times vary. This remedy is an exception to ordinary no-proration terms. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Payments and invoices
Payment is handled on Stripe’s hosted checkout. Provide accurate legal business name, billing address/country and a business tax ID where relevant. A tax ID is not a universal exemption. Invoice tax wording and seller identifiers depend on the operator’s verified status and transaction. Stripe being the payment processor does not itself make Stripe the legal seller or remove Auren’s tax obligations.
