Manual Review is the launch product: open, edit and manually send prepared Gmail replies. Bulk Approval and Full Automation are Coming Soon. Exploring the mode selector does not enable either feature.
Not in the current product. Planned Full Automation would send qualifying replies only after explicit opt-in, configured rules, safeguards for incorrect or sensitive replies, and reliable logging. That backend work is not complete.
Yes. Gmail is required. Google Workspace administrators may need to approve access. Connect through Google’s official authorization flow; never share your password. Outlook is not currently supported.
Auren uses the business details and prices you explicitly confirm during setup. Check facts, prices and availability before sending each prepared Gmail reply.
Estonian, English and other languages including Russian, subject to testing with your business information. Language quality can vary, so check accuracy and tone.
Your paid account is reserved after payment verification. Confirm your business details and connect Gmail. Your AI assistant will be operational within a maximum of 24 hours after verified payment and required onboarding are complete. We will notify you when ready. If we miss the deadline, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your first €39 charge. Sign in with the Google email used at checkout. Test payments never enable real processing.
Edit or discard it in Gmail. With the current Manual Review mode, nothing is sent automatically. Bulk and automatic modes will need additional safeguards before release.
Gmail handles your messages and prepared replies. Necessary email text and your approved business information are sent to OpenAI GPT-4.1 mini to prepare replies. Production processing stays disabled until provider agreements, Google approval and data-handling terms are finalized. See the privacy notice.
Cancel monthly through your account’s Stripe portal, effective at the end of the paid period. The provisional allowance is 500 AI replies per billing month; preparing replies pauses at the limit, with no automatic overage charges. No automatic prorated refunds apply except where legally required.
